Minor repairs or major, Backpedal is equipped with the tools and know-how to fix your ride. Because we are locally focused, traffic is lighter and wait times are much less than large scale shops. No appointments are necessary, we work on a first come first served basis. If you need a major repair, just bring your bike in anytime during business hours and pick it up when it's ready, typically in 5 days or less even during the peak season. Flat repair and other minor adjustments are often made on the spot while you fetch a cup of joe from the coffee shop around the corner. Our mechanics area is directly in front so you can also choose to watch the magic happen while you wait. There's even a small waiting area to chill with toys to keep tots occupied.

We salute you bike commuters. Those of you braving haters, bad weather and flats deserve special service. In deference to your commitment to change, Backpedal is committed to getting you back on the road ASAP. If you need a flat repair or other minor adjustment, we'll make time to get it done while you wait. Major repairs may require a day or two to make it happen. Rest assured, we'll juggle things to get you back in the saddle as quick as we can.
